Mrs. Accardo died on October 24, 2001 at North Monroe Medical Center.
Mrs. Accardo was a Monroe resident for over 50 years. She was a member of St. Matthew's Catholic Church. Mrs. Accardo was preceded in death by her parents, several brothers and sisters, and son, William Paul Accardo.
Survivors include her two daughters, Madonna Rowell of Haughton, LA; and Kelly Lyn Accardo of Monroe, LA; two sons, Sidney Phillip Accardo, Jr. of Houston, TX; and Joey David Accardo of Monroe, LA; sister, Linda Trichel of Monroe, LA; ten grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Rick Hall, Michael Joe Willis, Jodi Lofton, Mickey Lofton, Kim Trichel and Carl Trichel, Jr.
Visitation will be from 5 PM until 8 PM Friday evening at Mulhearn Funeral Home.
Vigil wake service will be held at 6:30 PM Friday evening.
Memorials may be made to the St. Matthew's Building Fund.
