She is survived by three of her four children, Norris Roundy Litz of Roy, Utah; Christine Litz Norton of Ogden, Utah; and Brent E Litz of Ogden, Utah. Rhea was preceded in death by her husband, Morris Spackman Litz; and her daughter, Pamela Litz.
Rhea retired from Defense Depot Ogden as a civil servant and instilled a strong work ethic in her children. As a depression era survivor she learned the value of an honest day’s work and the need to stay active. She was involved in her church serving in many positions during her life.
Her biggest joy in life was being with her three children, nine grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. The young ones always put a smile on her face and a twinkle in her eyes. She enjoyed camping, crafting, gardening and was often found playing pinochle with friends and family to keep her math skills sharp.
