Frank Roger Combs was born on September 12, 1935 in Breathitt County, Kentucky, the son of the late Taylor and Pearl King Combs. He was united in marriage to Shelby Jean Sweeney, his wife of more than 62 years who survives. He is also survived by two sons, Anthony Combs and wife Leshia of London and David Combs and wife Rhonda of Versailles, KY, one brother, Billy Combs of Maysville, KY, four sisters, Pauline Turner of Breathitt County, KY, Phyllis Pence of Middletown, OH, Ettarene Taulbee of Lexington, KY and Betty Gilliam of Ohio, four grandchildren, Brandon, Brittany, Madison and Hayden Combs plus a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.

He was a retired Real Estate Broker, owner of Night Hawk Food Mart and a veteran of the United States Marines serving during the Korean Conflict. He was also an avid golfer accumulating 9 hole-in-ones.
Steven Baker and Merle Owens will officiate at the service. Burial will be in A R Dyche Memorial Park in London.
Frank departed this life on Wednesday, June 26, 2019 being 83 years, 9 months and 14 days if age.
