PEARSON, Grace Bradley, 80, of Mechanicsville, departed this life and went to be with the Lord on June 23, 2019. She was preceded in death by her parents, John W. Sr. and Gracie Wardell Bradley; husband of 47 years, Harold Brinkley Pearson; and five siblings. Grace is survived by her two daughters, Melonie Pearson Seay (Earl) and Melinda Lynn Pearson; two grandchildren, Earl Eugene "EJ" Seay Jr. (Bethany), Crystal Lynn Seay; three great-grandchildren, Marcella Maria Seay, Angel Marie Crowder and Jacob Ray Crowder. Grace dedicated her life to the Lord, her family and her church. She loved music and had a beautiful singing voice. She worked for Volunteer Emergency Families for Children for many years as an administrative assistant. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 26, 2019, from 10 to 11 a.m., at Bennett Funeral Home, Mechanicsville Chapel, 8014 Lee-Davis Rd., Mechanicsville, Va. 23111, where a funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. Interment will be private.
