He was preceded in death by his father, Arthur Burl Eacret; his brothers Jimmy Wayne Eacret, Evert Paul Eacret, Hebert Carl Eacret, Stevie Ray Eacret and Floyd Floyd Eugene and a sister Judith Laverne Eacret. His grandparents, Retha Kathryn Eacret-Ward, Ellen Elizabeth Brizendine-Eacret and Jessie Emmett Eacret.
