Sylvester Arquette, age 95 years, of Custer Dr., passed away Wednesday, April 2, 1997 in Millbury, OH. Sylvester was a Merchant Marine of WWII and had worked for the Jeep Corp. for several years. He was a member of the VFW Post 9656 of Lambertville, MI.

He was predeceased by his wife, Lanora; son, Dick; brothers, Frank, Edward, Milton, Herbert and Alden; sister, Clara "Babe" Battles.

Surviving is his loving son, Donald; brothers, Leonard, Donald and Alvin; sister, Evelyn Hicks; 2 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

Friends may visit at the Blanchard Bros. Funeral Home, 1163 W. Sylvania Ave. at Lockwood from 2-9 p.m. Friday. Sylvester's services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. in the mortuary. Interment Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
