Conley David Dudley, Sr., of Mason, West
Virginia went to his Happy Hunting Grounds on
October 25, 2004. He was born in Mason on
August 16, 1929. David was the son of Conley
B. Dudley of White Sulfur Springs, WV and
Virginia Faudre of Mason. He was raised by his
grandparents, the late John and Ethel Elias of
Mason.
He was a veteran of the 11th Airborne
Division of the U.S. Army and a retiree of
Foote Mineral Company with 31 years of service.
He was preceded in death by both of his
parents.
Survivors include his wife of 52 years,
Bernice and his five children David, Jr.,
Rebecca, Janet, Marianne, and Virginia; three
grandsons David III, Christopher, and Jesse; a
daughter-in-law Connie, and two sons-in-law
Robert Wing and Ronald Circle; and an aunt
Margie McDaniel.
David was and avid hunter and fisherman and
he loved the river.
Services will be private for family members
only and are under the direction of Anderson
Funeral Home, New Haven.
