She was the daughter of Mrs. Almeda Dunklebarger of this city, and was born and reared in this community. At one time she was operator at the Attica Telephone exchange.
Eighteen years ago she went to Detroit where she held a responsible position with an insurance company, until her health failed and she returned to Attica last spring.
She is survived by her mother and one sister, Mrs. Dan Foster, living south of Attica.
The remains were brought to the Ferguson Funeral home Saturday afternoon where they were prepared for burial and taken to the home of her sister, Mrs. Dan Foster, southwest of Attica.
Funeral services were held Tuesday at 2:00 o’clock, from the home of Mr. and Mrs. Dan Foster. Burial was made in the Beulah cemetery, east of town, with E.C. Ferguson in charge.” – October 22, 1936
