CHARLOTTE KELLY, 27, of Broomfield died Jan. 31. Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 7, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Broomfield. Miss Kelly was born in Fairfield, Calif., on June 5, 1970. She was a receptionist for Carquest. She was active in the theater department in Solano Community College in California.

Survivors include parents Robert and Delores of Broomfield; brothers Matthew David of Broomfield, Robert Brian of California; sister Laura Babcock of California; grandparents Walter and Mary Dibb of Utah.
