Ethel Mae Sexton, 73, of Indianapolis, passed away June 11, 2019. She was born on June 23, 1945 in Woodbine, Kentucky as the daughter of Elbert and Nancy Reese.

Her first job in Indianapolis was at Mechanics Laundry. She then worked for RCA for 5 years. She retired from Indianapolis Public School System where she worked for 31 years as a Title I Aide.

She loved to go to Yard Sales, Estate Sales and Flea Markets. She ran a flea market booth in Irvington for 3 years and collected McDonald Happy Meal toys, dolls, miniature bottles, lamps, beanie babies etc. whatever caught her fancy.

Ethel is survived by her husband, Glen Sexton; Children Georgia (Mark) Miller, Sarah (Sherri) Sexton, Glenna (Dan) Marciniak, Glen (Julie) Sexton Jr and Bill (Michael) Sexton. Grandchildren Joy (Tony) Gross, Mark (Alison) Miller Jr, Charlie (Leanne) Tinch and Austin Tinch. Great Grandchildren Sophie Gross and Mark Miller III.

She was preceded in death by her parents, siblings Charlie Reese, Floyd Reese and Imogene Love; father-in-law Bill Sexton, mother-in-law Crystal, and sister-in-law Almedia Faulkner.

She leaves behind siblings Geraldine Rogers, Betty Richmond, Lillian (Calvin) Merida, Joanne (Russell) Helton, Donna (Bob) Farber, Brother-in-law Herschel (Janice) Sexton, Sister-in-laws Shirley Taylor, Hazel Hawkins and an army of nephews, nieces, great and great-great nephews and nieces.
