Haskell Roush, 88, died at 2:45 a.m. Tuesday morning. He was the son of John and Sarah (Darst) Roush. He was married September 10,1876, in Jay Co., Indiana, to Louise Gettinger. The couple celebrated their sixty-sixth wedding anniversary on September 10, 1941.
He was active in the Pleasant Hill Christian church and was superintendent of the Sunday school.
He is survived by his wife, a son, George; three daughters, Ida Kemp, Ina Morehouse and Mary Neel, one sister, Anna Dunifon, two brothers, William A. Roush and James Roush , eleven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Ten brothers and sisters have preceded him in death.
He was a grocer for 27 years at North Salem.
