Hillsboro, died Tuesday at a nursing home in Columbus. He resided
at 48 West Dunedin Road, Columbus.
He taught at Hillsboro High School from 1910 to 1914 and later
was a professor of history at Ohio State University where he taught
for 27 years before retiring.
He is survived by his wife, Winnifred. They had no children.
Services were held at 8 P.M. Wednesday at the Southwick Funeral Home,
3100 North High St,. Columbus.
Graveside services were held at the Hillsboro Cemetery at 11 A.M. Thursday.
