Ramona Lee Shackelford was born July 5, 1928 in Coldwater, Kansas to Edward and Leona Crawford. Ramona was a member of the West Minister Presbyterian Church where she also sang in the choir. She was a loving Mother to her daughters and her grandchildren. She had a love for animals, shopping, crossword puzzles, and decorating her home. She enjoyed fast cars and especially her Cadillac. One of her favorite things to do on Sunday mornings was to listen to Charles Stanley preach the word of God. Ramona was a golfer and both her and her family were very proud of her hole in one.
Ramona is survived by her children: Debbie Dempsey and husband Gary, Cyndi Perry and husband Steve; Grandchildren: Natalie McGee, Steven Taylor Perry and wife Laura, Ryan Dempsey and wife Christy, Neil Dempsey and wife Shayla; 10 Great Grandchildren; Brother: Gary Crawford and wife Joann. Ramona was preceded in death by her parents; brothers: Johnny Crawford, Don Crawford, Bonnie James.
Memorial donations can be made to Cleburne Bible Church Benevolence Fund or Lakeside Baptist Church.
Service will be Monday, June 10, 2019 at Wiley Funeral Home, Granbury. Interment will be held at Holly Hills Memorial Park.
