Funeral services will be held in the church at 9 a.m., Saturday with the Rev. John Corcoran, pastor officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Groom under direction of Murphy's Funeral Home of Clarendon. Mr. Altepeter died at 8:50 p.m., Wednesday in Groom Osteopathic Hospital. He had been a rancher and farmer. Mr. Altepeter was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of Groom. Surviving are his mother, Mrs. Annie Altepeter of Groom.
