SAD DEATH AT TEMPLE
HAMILTON LADY SUCCUMBS TO RAVAGES OF FEVER AT TEMPLE SANITARIUM

It is with extreme sorrow that the Record is called upon to chronicle the death at Temple, on last Friday, July 18th, from fever , of Mrs. Hattie Campbell, wife of Sam Campbell of this city. The remains were brought to Hamilton and laid to rest in the Blue Ridge Cemetery, on Saturday, July 19th, Dr. W. B. Everett conducting the funeral service. She had been ill for more than a month and shortly before she died was removed to Temple for an operation, which was found to be of no use, and this poor lady died before she could be returned home.

Deceased was born in Bee County, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. T. J. Ferguson, her father preceding her in death about a year. She was about thirty years of age and had been married ten years, and besides the heart-broken husband two little children, a girl and a boy, Alice and Roscoe, survive her, and to whom goes out the deepest sympathy in their sad affliction.
