I had known Scotter from the day He was Born and never seen Him when he was not Laughing about something. He was truly one of a kind. I never seen Him when He did not express His Love for all His Family. He deeply loved His family. Scooter Bill (as some called him) would always express His thoughts and feelings about what ever the subject was about. and He would tell it like He thought it was if you liked it or not and He cut no corners in telling you flat out what He thought. and when He was through talking, you complety understood what he was talking about. that was just Scooter. He was Loved by so many people who He leaves behind and will always be missed. His name Raymond Jacob came from His Father Raymond and His Grand Father Jacob. He was the Grand Son of Jacob Pleasent and Edna Cagle.
I was at Scooters Funeral today and it was a beautiful service complet with the 21 gun salute and the playing of Taps. Lots of Love from all who were there. He was laid to rest beside His Father (Raymond Lee Cagle) His funeral was the way Scotter would have wanted it to be.
