“Charles M Estelle, 74, a truck farmer, died on Monday night at his home on Kent Road, Southard, after an illness of several months.
Funeral services will be held today at 1:30 PM from his late residence and at 2 PM at the Southard Church with the Rev. Robert L Blackman of Ocean Gate, a former pastor at Southard, officiating. Interment will be made at Southard by CHT Clayton and Son of Adelphia.
Mr. Estelle was born in Farmingdale, the son of Charles M and Elizabeth Emmons Estelle. He was a member of the local church.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Ella N Matthews Estelle; one son, Kelita, and seven grandchildren, all of Southard; two sisters, Mrs. Delora Matthews, Lakewood, and Mrs. Deborah Megill, Nutley; one brother, Lefferts D Estelle, Lakewood”.
