Garland Elwood Bunn, Sr., 87, of Henrico, Va., passed away Sunday, May 26, 2019.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Garland and Minnie Bunn; son, Garland Bunn Jr.; brothers, Carrol, Ray, Glendie, Odis; sisters, Annie Lee and Esther Faye; mother of his children, Shirley Ann Bunn; and his second wife, Anna Bunn.

He is survived by his wife of 14 years, Helen C. Bunn; children, Tina Thomas, James Bunn, Richard Bunn and grandchildren.

Mr. Bunn served as a Corporal in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He retired after 30 years of service with the Greater Richmond Transit Company. He was a member of St. Paul's U.M.C. in Ruther Glen, Va.
