He was born on September 10, 1943 in Pulaski, Tennessee to Leroy Sr. and Darthular Macklin. He is preceded in death by his Mother, Darthular Macklin, Father, Leroy Macklin Sr., Brothers, Albert Macklin and Leroy Macklin, Jr.
Abraham is survived by his loving Wife of 43 years, Paula Macklin, Daughter, Latasha (Robert Sr.) Sarver, Son, Thomas Macklin, Grandson, Jathan Davis, Grandson, Caleb Davis, Grandson , Robert Sarver , Jr., Granddaughter, Kannia Davis, Grandson, and Sanjaiya Davis, Brothers and Sisters, William Macklin, Lee Allen (Stacey) Macklin, and Marine (Elbert) Majors, and Sister-in-Law, Lois Macklin.
Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm on Saturday, June 8, 2019 at Shiloh Baptist Church, (1349 Catalpa Street). His Funeral Service will be at 12:00 pm on Saturday at the church with burial to follow at Green Meadows Cemetery (3800 Shanks Lane).
