Marysville Evening Democrat - 1/21/1915, p8 - Boomer Funeral - Funeral services over the late H. K. Boomer, who died in this county Wednesday will be held from his late home north of Marysville at 12 o'clock Friday under the direction of Kelly Bros. Interment will be made in the Browns Valley cemetery. Deceased was quite well known throughout this section of the valley.

Marysville Evening Democrat - 1/27/1915, p5 - Boomer Estate - A petition for the probate of the will of the late H. K. Boomer, a pioneer resident of Yuba county, who died at his home in the mountain district recently was filed in the probate department of the superior court Wednesday by Almon Boomer, a son of the deceased. The petition, which will be heard February 8th, estimates the value of the estate of the deceased at not over $10,000. He leaves as heirs, a wife, Mrs. Sarah A. Boomer, and the following children in addition to the petitioner: Mrs. Edith Myrtle Taber, of Vacaville; Mrs. Annie Stewart, of Campbell, Santa Clara county, and Mrs. Lizzie A. Smiley of Whitmore, Shasta county. Attorney W. H. Carlin of this city is attorney for the petitioner.
