He was born April 25, 1945, in Watauga County, a son of Henry Clay and Ruth Beach Walls.
Mr. Walls was a counter salesman for 11 years at Rexel Electric Supply, Inc.
He was a member of Westside Baptist Church.
He was a Mason and a Shriner and a member of Snow Lodge #363 in Boone.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Teresa Lynn Walls; and one brother, David Max Walls.
