Harold Lloyd Farmer, 83 of Logan departed this life Saturday May 18, 2019 at Dignity Hospice House at Chapmanville, WV.
He was born September 24, 1935 at Henlawson, WV to the late William and Mary Menier Farmer. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by his son, Floyd Farmer; 3 grandsons, 1 granddaughter, 3 brothers, and 3 sisters.
He is survived by: his wife, Dorothy (Belcher) Farmer; 4 sons, Leonard (Karen) Farmer of Glasgow, KY, James Wesley Farmer of Logan, Harold (Bobbie) Farmer Jr. of Union Mills, IN, and Roger (Annie) Farmer of Logan; 4 daughters, Gladys (Rex) Carlson of LaPorte, IN, Mary Mullins of Garett Fork, Loretta (Dan) Sekula of Union Mills, IN, and Tonya Farmer of Logan; 27 grandchildren, and 45 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday May 22, 2019 at Akers-James Funeral Home with Pastor Scottie Watkins officiating. Burial will follow in Guyan Memorial Gardens at Godby.
