William Wayne "Billy" Absher was born in Dexter, New Mexico, on April 8, 1938, to Anna and William Absher. He passed away peacefully with his family by his side on April 8, 2019, in Chowchilla, California.

"Billy" was the Owner and CEO of Clover Leaf Construction Company in Morgan Hill, CA, and Partner of Green Valley Train Center in Chowchilla, CA. He was active in his love of Quarter horses and belonged to the Quarter Horse Racing Association. Billy will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by: his loving wife of 19 years Marilyn Absher; son, Billy Absher Jr.; daughter, Stacy Absher; brother, Jerry Absher; and his seven grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
