FT. WORTH, Tex. — Margaret Anne (Hubbard) Boyd (Maggie), 58 years old, Ft. Worth, Texas, died at 10 a.m. on Monday, March 5, 2012, at Richland Hill Hospital.

She had been in ill health since January 2000.

She was born July 11, 1953 in Columbus, Kansas, to Laverne (Duke) Eugene and Emma Louise (Hamilton) Hubbard.

She graduated from Weir, Kan., and Southeast High School in Cherokee, Kan.

She played coed ball in the summertime years ago before moving to Texas.

She was a member of Eastside Baptist Church in Fort Worth, Texas.

Survivors include five brothers, Alfred (Bo) Hubbard and wife Sandy, Bill Hubbard and wife Mary, all of Pittsburg, Kan., Charles (Chuck) Hubbard of Pittsfield, New Hampshire, Paul David Hubbard of Illinois, Tommy Dean Hubbard and wife Cathy of West Jordan, Utah; and one sister, Peggy Hamm of Weir, Kan.

Preceding her in death were her parents, two brothers, Donald and John Hubbard, and one sister, Marilyn Hubbard and nephew Shawn Hubbard.

She has two nieces, three nephews, seven great nieces, three great nephews, two great great nieces, and two great great nephews.

Services will be in Fort Worth, Texas, at Eastside Baptist Church at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 10, 2012.

Memorial service: 11 a.m. Saturday at Eastside Baptist Church, 2104 N. Beach St., Fort Worth.

Margaret and Andy were longtime members of Eastside Baptist Church.

Survivors: Husband, Andy Boyd; brother, Bo Hubbard; and stepdaughter, Mary Singleton and husband, Dustin.

, 74, of 2520 S. Rouse, died at 5:08 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 16, 2000, at Mt. Carmel Medical Center.

She was born March 15, 1925, at Weir, to Pleasant and Alta Lloyd Hamilton.

She lived in Weir and Scammon before she moved to Pittsburg.

She married Laverne Alfred Hubbard at Columbus. He preceded her in death Feb. 4, 1984.

Mrs. Hubbard was a homemaker.

She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness at Columbus.

Survivors include five sons, Alfred E. Hubbard, Bill A. Hubbard and Thomas D. Hubbard, all of Pittsburg, Paul V. Hubbard of Moline, Ill., and Charles E. Hubbard of Concord, N.H.; two daughters, Margaret A. Smith of Keller, Texas, and Peggy S. Hamm of Wichita; a brother, Orville John Hamilton of Columbus; two sisters, Madeline Hamilton of Tennessee and Ella Mae Hamilton of Kansas City, Mo.; 11 grandchildren; 10 step-grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two sons, John R. Hubbard and Donald L. Hubbard; a daughter, Marilyn L. Hubbard; two sisters, Annabelle Schultz and Betty Jean Hamilton; and a grandson, Shawn Hubbard.

Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at the Bath-Naylor Funeral Home, 104 W. Main, Weir, with Brother Merle Lair officiating.

Burial will follow in the Hosey Hill Cemetery, west of Weir.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. today at the Bath-Naylor Funeral Home, Weir, where friends may call after noon today.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Bath-Naylor Funeral Home, Weir.
