Michael Johnston Dies in New Jersey

Michael Johnston. 109 Powelton Avenue, Woodlynne, N. J, formerly of Wilkes-Barre Township, died yesterday morning In Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Camden, N. J.

Born in Wllkrs-Barre Township, he was a son of the late Thomas and Bridget Walsh Johnston. He was in the plumbing business in Wilkes-Barre prior to moving to New Jersey 23 years ago. Ha was a member of Elks Lodge and Knights of Columbus in Camden.

Surviving are sons, Robert and Raymond, both of Woodlynn; sister, Sadie, Wilkes-Barre; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral will be held from the funeral home, 131 South Washington Street, Wednesday morning at 9 with a requiem high mass at 9:30 In St Joseph's Georgetown. Burial in Saint Mary's Cemetery, Hanover Township. Friends may call to-night 7 to 10 and Tuesday 2 to 5 and 7 to 10.
