Bonham-Graveside services with military honors for Leo David Alford, age 72, of Bonham, Texas, will be at 11:00 am on Tuesday, May 21, 2019, at DFW National Cemetery. Mr. Alford passed away on Saturday, May 11, 2019, at Sam Rayburn Memorial Veterans Community Living Center in Bonham, Texas.

Leo David Alford was born in Pickton, Texas, on November 2, 1946, to AB and Clara (Harrelson) Alford. He served honorably in the United States Army from 1966 to 1967 during the Vietnam Era. Leo worked for a prestigious company in sales which allowed him to travel a lot before retiring.

He is survived by, sisters, Marjorie Gilmer of Terrell, TX and Mary Allen of Rockwell, TX and Frances Wheeler and husband Johnnie of Princeton, TX; two daughters; a grandson; along with numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents.
