Aaron Bruce Mendenhall was born 03 Aug 1893 in Mapleton Utah and died 04 May 1966 in Magna, Utah. He was the son of John and Eliza Rebecca [Tew] Mendenhall. Aaron was an enthusiastic genealogist. He published "Mendenhall Ancestry" which tells the story of the Mendenhalls that made the trek to Salt Lake City with the Mormon exodus from Nauvoo, Illinois. Aaron served in the Coast Artilliery, San Pedro, Fort McArthur, Los Angeles Port during WWI. In 1930, he was a mail carrier in Mapleton, Utah. He was buried in the Evergreen Cemetery.
