Patriarch of the Pent Family. Their story was chronicled in "Ten P's In a Pod" by Arnold Pent, III. "The saga begins when Billy Sunday blew into Philadelphia in the early 1900s, and the owner of Pent Brothers Cigar Manufacturers wasn't the least bit interested. But street preaching was loud and he overheard John 3:16, scared up a Bible, sold his store on Juniper and Sansom plus two others, and at age 45 studied for the ministry. Friends told him he was crazy." - Andree Seu Peterson, World Magazine September 20, 2008
