Vickie Ann Jouett was born October 5, 1957 in Victoria, Texas aboard Foster Air Force Base to Wallace & Jacque Jouett. The family moved to Pampa, Texas around 1959. Vickie grew up in Pampa, Texas. She attended Pampa High School then moved to Amarillo, TX shortly after school. She was an amazing chef working for many establishments in Amarillo. She died at 41 in Amarillo, TX March 31, 2000. She is survived by her parents, brother Ronny Jouett of Pampa, two daughters Sarah Thompson of Amarillo, Angi Bailey of Amarillo, two sons B.C.Maxey & Treat Maxey of Amarillo, one granddaughter, & three grandsons. She also had one nephew & two nieces.
