WOODSFIELD -- Florence Colvin, 87, of Woodsfield, died Sunday (Jan. 14, 2007) at the Woodsfield Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
She was born Nov. 15, 1919, in Monroe County, daughter of the late Daniel "Danny" Moffett and Dora Howell Kane Moffett.
Mrs. Colvin was a member of Jackson Ridge Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Mitch Colvin, on 1986.
She leaves a daughter, Joyce (Dave) Landefeld of Miltonsburg; and two grandsons, Davey (Mollie) Landefeld and Darin (Misty) Landefeld; a great-granddaughter, Madison Landefeld; and a great-grandson, Dustin Landefeld.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today (Tuesday) at Bauer-Turner Funeral Home, Woodsfield, where services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday with Max Winland officiating.
Burial will be in the Plainview Cemetery, near Woodsfield.
