Sudden Death of Mrs John Andrews
Mrs John Andrews went to bed on Sunday evening and within a very short time had passed away, She had not been very well for a few days, but was about the house performing her household duties as usual. Shortly after going to bed she emitted a choking sound, but answered her husband when he spoke, but a few moments time death had taken place from heart trouble. The deceased was Eliza Jane Munson, daughter of Mr and Mrs Wm Munson of Carleton Place. She was born on the third line of Huntley, and was 33 years of age. It was while living in Carleton Place that she was married to Mr Andrews about eleven years ago and to them four children were born. The eldest, David Wesley, is only 10 years of age, Rebecca Pearl 7, Jennie Evelyn 3 and the baby William John, 18 months. These with Mr Andrews are left to mourn a mother's love and care, Her father and mother and three sisters and four brothers are also left. The funeral took place on Tuesday, 13th from her husband's home to the eighth line cemetery and was very largely attended by sorrowing friends and sympathizing neighbours.
