Ada Rose Thedford, 84, of Hermanville, MS, passed away on May 3, 2019 at Riggs Manor in Raymond, MS.

Glenwood Funeral Home in Vicksbug is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation will be from 9:00 am to 11:00 am with the funeral service immediately following in the chapel at 11:00 am on Saturday, May 4, 2019.

Mrs. Thedford was a member of The Port Gibson Baptist Church. She worked along side of her husband, Gene Thedford, at Thedford's Texaco Service Station for twenty seven and a half years. She worked at National Plastics until 1968.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Walter Eugene Thedford, daughter Sandra Faye Matthews, and her parents, Thomas and Blanche Bryant.

Mrs. Thedford is survived by her daughters Joyce Thedford Johnson(Kleb) of Oxford, MS and Eugenia Thedford Pell(Jimmy) of Pearl, MS, one son-in-law Henry Earl Matthews of Pearl, MS, four grandchildren, Rose Spears(Justin) of Pearl, MS, Harmony Sims(Jeremy) of Clarksville, TN, Courtney Pell of Pearl, MS, and Gene Pell, also of Pearl, MS, six great-grandchildren, Alyssa Miley and Haven Spears of Pearl, MS, Kiley, Cole and Connor Sims of Clarksville, TN, and Kasey Pell of Pearl, MS, her sister Billie Prince of Vicksburg, MS, two brothers Edward Bryant and Johnny Ray Bryant of Port Gibson, MS.

Pallbearers will include Robbie Bryant, Melvin Chambliss, Jerry Bryant, Kevin Bryant, and Tommy Ray Bryant.
