MRS. PENNINGTON DIES AT SANGER
Special to Record-Chronicle
SANGER, Nov 19-Mrs. Sarah C. Pennington, 43, died at her home here Saturday afternoon after an illness of one year.
Rev. P. A. Tippen assisted by Rev. J. G. Forester conducted the funeral at the First Baptist Church at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon. Interment was in the Gribble Springs Cemetery.
The pallbearers were Bob King, Everett Newland, Marvin Kirby, Fred Lancaster, Sam Howard and Herman Burton.
Surviving are her children: Ruth Pearle and Willie Belle Pennington, Lee Ear, Lonnie and Roy and the following sisters and brothers: Perry and Tom George of Sanger, Bob George of Gribble Springs. Mrs. Cora Sons of Bolivar; Mrs. Mary Sons, Mrs. Alice Lawson, Mrs. Myra Lawson, Mrs. Dora Patterson who resides in Oklahoma.
