They are the parents of several. 1900 census Cole County says the was the mother of 7, 5 alive. The ones I could find information about: Anna María Wihelmina 17 Dec 1871 Bernard Friedrich 6 Aug 1876, Joseph, 1 May 1883 (md Mary Bernadine Frank), John 1 Nov 1885 ( md Anna Libbert ) and María Anna who died as a baby 26 July1881-23 Sept 1881. Another daughter, buried in Jefferson City, Helen Angelina Abel Vetter (Mrs Andrew) her death cert names father as a Bernard but u/k mother. But 1880 census lists her as “Lena” age 7 at Cole County, St Thomas area.
