How I found and know she was my great great grandmother, Martha Jane (MAYBERRY) Cazadd's sister, even though her mother's maiden name was not on her death certificate. The 1948 Oregon obituary of Eva (Cazadd) Parker mentions a cousin, Hazel Grant, living in Harlan, OR. The OR death certificate of Hazel Grant, list parents as John Johnson and Prisceilla [sic] and the informant was listed as W. Guy Parker, cousin . W. Guy Parker was actually 1st cousin 1x removed. The 1930 OR death certificate of Walter W. Johnson, list his mother as Percilla [sic] Mayberry, born in Illinois and the 1939 Washington death certificate of Leona O. Butchart, list mother as Priscella Mayberry.
