Avalene McDonald, 68, died Satuday, Jan. 27. 2001, at the North Mississippi Medical Center.
She was a former employee at Guntown Blue Bell Manufacturing and a Baptist.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Waters Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Buddy Rushing officiating.
Burial will be in Center Starr Cemetery.
Survivors include her mother, Lemar Palmer of Tupelo; three sons, Jimmy Melton of Tampa, Fla., Riley Melton of Mantachie and Donnie Melton of Mooreville; two sisters, Peggy Houser of Springdale, Ark., and Dinah Gilmore of Missouri; three brothers, Keith Palmer of Mantachie, Raymond Palmer of Nettleton and Fraymond Palmer of Saltillo; nine grandchildren, one great-grandchild.
Visitation will be from 8 a.m. until service time Tuesday at Waters Funeral Home.
