Patricia Lou Pearson, 27, a resident of Santa Cruz, died today in a San Jose hospital after a short illness. Funeral services will be held at the Wessendorf chapel on Wednesday at 10 a.m. with Rev. Elmer Anderson of the Live Oak Methodist church officiating. Interment will follow in the Oakwood Memorial park.
An employe of the Pacific Telephone and Telegraph company for the past year and a half, Mrs. Pearson is survived by her husband. Clinton H. Pearson; two children, Douglas Earl and Martin Ray Towne, all of Santa Cruz; her mother, Mary Wetmore, of Santa Cruz; two brothers and sister, Winfield Wetmore of Fresno, Robert G. Wetmore of San Jose and Mrs. Jean Eleanor DeVries of Santa Cruz; a cousin, Charles H. Johnson of Santa Cruz; an aunt and uncle, Mrs. Ann DeMello and Don Wetmore, both of Santa Cruz.
She was a member of the Live Oak Methodist church of Santa Cruz.
