Betty J. Baker, 73, of Rushville, passed away on April 10, 2019 in Rushville. She was born on January 15, 1946 in Lily, KY to the late James Frank and Edna (Taylor) Davis. She married Phillip L. Baker on January 30, 1966 and he precedes her in death on December 22, 2011. Betty was a member of Everton Southern Baptist Church. Her family will miss her loving attitude towards everybody.

ughters, Teresa (Fiancé, Jon Peters) Sizemore of Laurel, Margie (Terry) Barrow of Manilla, and Catherine (Daniel Kreidler) Hatfield of New Castle; brothers, James Everett Davis of Florida, Donald Lee Davis of Orange, and Paul Edward (Donna) Davis of Franklin. She will also be missed by her sisters, Doris Roberts of Connersville, Wanda Sue (Jim) Claffey of Florida, Darlene (Charlie) Miller of Rushville, Carolyn (Steve) Hundley of Rushville, Gail (Jerry) Lobenthal of Bloomington, and Vickie (Gerald Fields) Davis of Rushville; grandchildren, Kayla (Etienne) Ogilvie Rebecca Lewis, Travis Barrow, Taylor (Brandon) Kuhn, T.J. (Tiffany) Barrow, Casey Ayers, Dylan Miller; step grandchildren, Lindsey Peters, Brittany Peters, Heidi Morris, Heather Heaston, Dustin Kreidler, and Dominque Kreidler ; 19 great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchildren.
Betty is preceded in death by her parents, husband and grandsons, Dalton Hatfield and Larry Lewis; sister, Shirley Davis and brother, Carl Wayne Davis.
Services will be held on Monday, April 15, 2019 at 1PM in Moster Mortuary, with Pastors Freddie Helton and Mike Coyle presiding. Friends are welcome to visit the family from 11 AM until the time of service in the mortuary. Burial will be held in Orange North Cemetery.
