Chris M. Roland, age 58 went to be with his Lord and Savior on Wednesday, April 3, 2019 at Sparrow Hospital. Chris was born on December 9. 1960 the son of Ronald and Joyce (Albright) Roland. The family will receive friends and relatives at Keck-Coleman Funeral Home on Thursday, April 4, 2019, 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Friday, April 5, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor Brendan Holmquist officiating. Burial will follow at Lyons Cemetery, Lyons, MI. He graduated from Grove Christian Church School and was a truck driver until 2001 when he had a devastating accident. On April 4, 1985 he married Robin L. Silvernail in Lyons, MI. Chris loved Black Powder Guns, deer hunting, fishing, Jack Lake in Canada and Gun and knife shows.
Chris is survived by his wife, Robin. Daughter, Amanda (Andrew) Zeller of Grand Haven and son Michael J. Roland of Muir, MI., granddaughter Brianna Zeller and brothers, Brent (Jan) Roland of North Carolina and Jeff (Deb Holtz) Roland of Sparta, MI. Several aunts, uncles and cousins.
