Mr. James Bradford Decker, 72, of Forks, passed away February 24, 2012, of cancer.

Mr. Decker was born in Port Angeles to Guy Bradford and Olive Martha (Scavenik) Decker on June 19, 1939. After graduating from Forks High School in 1957, James went to work in the timber industry.

Mr. Decker enjoyed wood working, fishing, and hunting. He was a member of the Baptist church and the Elks Lodge for 42 years.

James is survived by his wife, Patty Decker, son, daughter Theresa Parker, brothers, seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

James was preceded in death by his parents, Guy and Olive Decker; and his son, Ryan Decker.

A celebration of life will be held Saturday, March 3, 2012, from 12-3 p.m. at the Forks Elks Lodge.

Mr. Decker's ashes will be inurned with his son, Ryan's.
