Cedric Earl King, Jr. 61, of Slaughterville passed away Saturday March 30, 2019 at Norman Regional Hospital. He was born November 11, 1957 in Oklahoma City to Cedric Earl King, Sr. and Juanita (Abel).

Cedric proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps. He loved working on model cars, collecting matchbox cars and fishing. Cedric was a very giving person and would stop and help anyone in need. He was a little stubborn with a lot of determination. During football season, he enjoyed cheering on OSU. Cedric was very proud of his 30-years of sobriety with A.A. Above all, he loved his family especially his grandsons.

Left to cherish his memory are his daughter: Teresa and husband KC Jolls of Norman; grandsons: Gavin and Dillon Jolls; sister: Marsha and husband Jimmie of Slaughterville.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Graveside service will be at 10 a.m. at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery Norman, OK 73071. Bobby Creech will officiate the service.
