EDGAR DANE
Edgar Dane of Wroxeter died suddenly at Dufferin Area Hospital in Orangeville on Friday, Sept. 11, 1992. He was in his 67th year. Mourning his passing most deeply is his wife, the former Eleanor Taylor. He was the loving father of Barry and Luccianna Dane of St. Catherines, Ivan and Lynn Dane of Wroxeter, Myra and Kevin Stuart of Medicine Hat, Alta., Laurel and Andrew Jaunzeims of RR 2, Harriston and Shauna and Troy Hamilton of Brussels. He was the dear brother of Elva Jacques of Gorrie and Mildred Edgar of St. Thomas. Eleven grandchildren are also left to mourn his passing. Mr. Dane was predeased by one son, Neil William in infancy. Mr. Dane rested at Betts Visitation Centre, Gorrie, on Monday Sept. 14 until the funeral service the following afternoon at 2. Rev. Jeff Hawkins officiated at the service. Flowerbearers were Faye Edgar, Nancy Taylor, Muriel Taylor and Marion Taylor. Pallbearers were William Taylor, William Stafford, Murray Mulvey, Don Nichol, Glen Hays and Ron Douglas. Interment was at Gorrie Cemetery. In remembrance donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario.
