Alfonso A. Cuevas, 37, of South Sioux City died Friday, June 8, 2007, in Norfolk, Neb.
Services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Michael Catholic Church in South Sioux City. Visitation will be 3 to 6 p.m. Monday at Becker-Hunt Funeral Home. The body will then be taken to St. Michael Catholic Church, and visitation will resume from 6:30 to 8 p.m., with a Scriptural wake at 7 p.m. Burial will be at a later date in St. Mary's Cemetery in Oakland, Calif.
Alfonso Cuevas, a resident of So. Sioux City, Nebraska, passed away in Norfolk, NE on June 8, 2007 at the age of 37. He was born Jan. 25, 1970. He is survived by his wife Veronica Cuevas. Father of Victor, Alfonso, and Alejandra Cuevas. Also survived by Tina Rivera. Son of Epifanio Cuevas. Preceded in death by his mother Mercedes Cuevas. Brother of Lupe Jimenez, Alma Sanchez, Ana Bertero, Epifanio Cuevas, Jr., Victor, Adam, Jose, Salvador, Eduardo, Sergio, and Francisco Cuevas.
