Mr. Landers was born at Bryant, Indiana, August 15, 1883, the son of William and Lucy Landers. He was married in 1906 to Carrie F. Landers, who survives with six children; Mrs. Charles Freer; Riley Landers, of near Bryant; Mrs. Audrey Guntle, of Pennville, Mrs. Earl Guntle of Bryant; James and Homer Landers of Portland; 20 grandchilden and one great -grandchild, and two brothers; Edward and John Landers of Portland.
