Harold was a lifetime Washougal resident, he was born on July 3, 1954 to parents Juanita Pearl (Brazelton) Toy and Harold Donald Toy, Sr.
Harold graduated from Washougal High School in 1972, and went on to work as a Wood Treater with All Weather Wood. Harold enjoyed hunting and vegetable gardening
Harold had a deep love for his family. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Mickey; his daughter Hanna, Toy and son, Hunter Toy; two sisters, Sylvia and Mildred, as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Harold was preceded in death by his parents, and two sisters, Kathleen and Linda.
Harold was cremated and a Celebration of Life Memorial was held at the family home, July 3, 2018.
