Corine L. Vowels, 95, of Cairo, died at 1:50 p.m. Friday at Daystar Care Center in Cairo.
Ms. Vowels, a retired sales clerk from Eddie's Pastry Shop in Cairo, was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church.
She is survived by a niece, Norma J. Adams of Paducah; a nephew, James Ray Campbell of Cairo; and several other nieces and nephews.
Her parents were Jess and Anna Bradley Vowels.
Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Patrick's Catholic Church. The Rev. Jerome Fortenberry will officiate. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery in Villa Ridge.
There will be no visitation. Barkett Funeral Home in Cairo is in charge of arrangements.
