Funeral services over the remains of the late Mrs. Elizabeth Kennan [sic] were held at the residence of George Gloyd yesterday at 2 o'clock, interment in Oakwood cemetery. It will be remembered she died at Galesburg last Monday, her ailment being child birth; the child also died.~ Elizabeth was first married to Frank Webb, married James C. Keenan in 1903. Mr. Keenan subsequently married Elizabeth's niece, Bertha L. Gloyd (daughter of Elizabeth's brother, Almond Gloyd.)
Elizabeth's burial in Oakwood Cemetery is confirmed by cemetery records, but there is no information on the burial of the above mentioned baby.
