Widow of Albert Franklin Stevens, Sr. (2 Oct 1893 - 21 Jun 1962), who also donated his remains to the Bowman-Gray School of Medicine. He was the son of John Howard Stevens and Rebecca Frances Bost. They were married on January 6, 1917.

Note: her death record lists her maiden name as Doughton, and her father as Robert L. Doughton. However, the 1900 census lists her last name as Hix, with him as her step father.
