Kay L. Althouse, 83, of Elizabethtown, PA, formerly of Ephrata, PA, passed away at Masonic Village in Elizabethtown on Tuesday, March 19, 2019.

Kay was born in Ephrata, PA to the late Abram and Arlene (Hess) Althouse. A member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Kay loved her church and the town of Ephrata.

She was always willing to sit and talk with people. Kay had a wonderful smile and even in difficult situations, she never complained. What a gift she was to those who knew her well.

Kay is survived by her step-mother, Joy M. Althouse of Lititz, PA; sister, Janet A. Fisher of Lititz, PA; and close relatives, David and Mary Althouse.

Memorial services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 30, 2019 at the Chapel of the Good Samaritan at Luther Acres, 250 St. Luke Dr., Lititz, PA 17543. The family will greet friends at a time of fellowship after the memorial service.

Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, please consider memorial donations in Kay's name to Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 167 East Main St., Ephrata, PA 17522.
