Bill is preceded in death by both his parents.
He is survived by wife Wanda Scrimshire of 26 years, son: William Lloyd Scrimshire of Mount Ida, step-sons: Rodney Reed (Debbie) of Story, and James Reed (Regina) of Washita, brother: J.W. Scrimshire of Little Fir, four nephews: James Scrimshire (Sheila) of Story, Wayne Scrimshire of Little Fir, Dale Scrimshire (Kathleen) of Mount Ida, and David Scrimshire of Little Fir, step-grandchildren: Tiffany Summit (Isaac) of Mount Ida and Clayton Reed of Mount Ida, one step-great grandson Abel, and nieces and nephews. Billy was retired from Mount Ida Footwear.
A graveside service will be held at Washita Cemetery Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. with James Scrimshire officiating.
